摘 要: 利用室温固相反应合成得到了纤维状的碱式碳酸铝铵(AACH).SEM照片显示AACH晶粒的平均直径为0.3μm,平均长度可达15μm的纤维.AACH经高温裂解只获得了平均粒径60nm左右的等轴氧化铝颗粒,没有获得氧化铝纤维或者晶须.分析认为本实验所获得AACH纤维系由6nm左右的AACH纳米晶作为结构单元通过超分子自组装而得到的超分子纤维,而并非单晶的纤维,因此,AACH在经过高温裂解后只能形成氧化铝颗粒. Ammonium aluminium carbonate hydroxide (AACH) with fibre shape was synthesized inductively with solid state reaction at room temperature. The pictures of SEM showed that AACH were fibres with 20-30μm in length for single fibre. The product was equiaxial nanocrystals of alumina in size of 60nm,but not fibres or whiskers with micron length when the AACH was pyrolyzed. The results showed the AACH fibres that were supramolecular fibres not fibres of single crystal. The supramolecular fibre was built with building block of nanocrystal of AACH in size of about 6nm. Therefore, the pyrolyzed product was only equiaxial alumina but not fibres or whiskers.
