摘 要: 介绍了影响钢管尺寸精度的主要因素及近年来国外开发的γ射线在线无损检测钢管外径和壁厚的检测与控制技术。比较了不同钢管生产方法壁厚控制的特点。不管采用何种钢管生产方法,都可通过优化模具设计和工艺制度,提高钢管的尺寸精度。 The paper involves a discussion about the basic elements responsible for steel tubegeometric accuracy and the on-line gamma ray NDD inspection and control technique for steel tubeO. D. and W. T. developed abroad in the recent years. Comparisions are made between differentsteel tube manufacture processes in terms of W. T. control chracteristics. No matter what kind ofProcess is employed,it is possible to improve geometric accuracy of the tube by means of optimizeddie design and process schedule
