摘 要: Ti-6Al-4V合金作为生物医用材料已广泛应用于临床,但仍存在一些问题:耐磨、耐腐蚀及生物相容性不理想。类金刚石(DLC)具有硬度高、耐磨、生物相容性好等特点。在Ti-6Al-4V基上制备类金刚石生物梯度薄膜不仅能解决这些问题,而且膜基结合力好。本文综述了Ti-6Al-4V基类金刚石生物梯度薄膜的梯度设计、制备工艺和性能研究进展,并对其应用和未来进行了展望。 Ti-6Al-4V alloy as a biomedical material has already been applied to clinical therapy but it has some defects in biocompatibility, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. In this respect the diamond-like carbon (DLC) does quite well however. Depositing the biomedical gradient DLC film on Ti-6Al-4V substrate not only sovles such problems, but also improves the bonding strength of the film. Reviews the recent development of the design, preparation and performance of biomedical gradient DLC thin films witb an outlook given for their applications and further development in the future.
