摘 要: 新试剂糠醛缩7-氨基-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(简称 F7N8Q5S)在酸性介质中,强氧化剂K_2S_2O_8作用下氧化分解,Ag(Ⅰ)对此具有催化作用,生成强荧光物质.催化氧化产物的激发波长和荧光波长分别为321nm 和380nm,从而确立了催化荧光法测定痕量银的新体系.反应在 pH0.86的盐酸-氯化钾缓冲溶液中进行,银的含量在0.05~0.3μg/25ml,0.3~1.0μg/25ml 范围内呈良好线性.将该方法用于水样中银的测定,效果较好.此外,还探讨了催化过程. A new kinetic method has been described for the determination of trace amounts of Ag(Ⅰ),based on its catalytic effect on the dissociation of furfural-7-amino-8-hydroxy quinoline-5-sulfonic acid(F7N8QS)oxidized by K_2S_2O_8 to form a strong fluorescent species.The λ_(em)/λ_(em)of the oxidation product is 321nm/380nm.The optimum conditions for determination of Ag(Ⅰ)are 0.05% F7NSQ5S 1.0ml,0.1mol/L K_2S_2O_8 1.5ml,reaction temp.80℃,reaction time 10.0min.The calibration curves of Ag(Ⅰ)are linear betwenn 0.05-0.3μg/25ml and 0.3-1.0μg/25ml.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Ag(Ⅰ)in water samples.the mechanism of the catalytic reaction has been studied.
