影响黄皮花粉活力的化学因子研究
Effects of Chemical Factors on Pollen Vitality of Clausena lansium

摘  要: 分析了不同矿质元素和植物生长调节剂对黄皮花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明,不同化学因子对黄皮成熟花粉萌发和花粉管生长表现出不同的作用效果。在B、Ca、Mn三种矿质元素中,黄皮成熟花粉的萌发率由大到小为:B>Mn>Ca,生长速率由大到小为:Mn>Ca>B;IBA、GA3、IAA等对黄皮成熟花粉萌发率的促进作用由大到小为:IBA>GA3>IAA,而生长速率由大到小则为:GA3>IAA>IBA。在这些化学因子中,对黄皮成熟花粉萌发率促进作用最明显的是1.5mmol/LIBA,为22.6%,是ck的322.1倍,而对生长速率促进作用最明显的则为60mmol/LMnCl2,为109.7μm/h,是ck的22.6倍。 In this article, the effects of different plant growth regulators and mineral elements on the pollen germination rate and the growth of pollen tubes of Clausena lansium are analyzed. Experimental results showed that different chemical factors had different effects on the germination rate of mature pollens and the growth of the pollen tubes. Among the three mineral elements B, Ca and Mn, germination rates of mature pollens of Clausena lansium increased in this order B 〉 Mn 〉 Ca, while the rates of growth of the pollen tubes followed the order of Mn 〉 Ca 〉 B. Plant growth regulators IBA, GA3, and IAA could promote the germination of the pollens, and their effects decreased from IBA to GA3 to IAA. As for the rates of growth of the pollen tubes, the order was GA3 〉 IAA 〉 IBA. Among the chemical factors, the most significant promotion of the germination rate of the mature pollens of Clausena lansium came from IBA at a concentration of 1.5 mmol/L,which resulted in an increase of 22.6% (equivalent to 322.1 times than that of the control). The most effective promoter for the rates of growth of the pollen tubes,reaching a growth rate of 109.7 μm/h per hour,was MnCl2 at 60 mmol/L ( equivalent to 22.6 times than that of the control).
