摘　　要： 利用曲利苯兰酒精-乳酚酸组织透明染色法,对玉米丝黑穗病菌在植株体内的不同生长发育阶段进行了系统观察。结果表明,曲利苯兰组织透明染色方法能够清晰地观察到玉米丝黑穗病菌的整个生长发育阶段,包括冬孢子萌发、芽管、先菌丝、担孢子、侵染菌丝、冬孢子等阶段。 Systematic observation to different phases in life cycle of A in host was carried out by staining methods of trypan blue. The results showed that staining with trypan blue could observe the whole phases in llfe cycle of Sporisorium relianum. Its growth process was found as follows：teliospore germinate, germ tube, promycelium,basidiophor ,infection hyphae ,teliospore in host.
