摘 要: 建立了鱼类水产品中亚甲基蓝残留的分析方法。采用乙腈/10%盐酸羟胺为提取溶剂,提取液经二氯甲烷萃取净化后,采用高效液相色谱进行分析。方法在0.025~10.0μg/ml间呈线性相关,回归方程为y=658.61x-50.55,相关系数为R2=0.999 7,检出限为2.70μg/kg。对于0.01 mg/kg、0.02 mg/kg、0.04 mg/kg、0.08 mg/kg 4个添加水平,平均回收率为78.3%~86.9%,相对标准偏差为4.16%~9.75%。该法具有准确、灵敏、重复性好等优点,适合水产品中的亚甲基蓝残留的检测。 A method of detecting methylene blue residue in fish was established. Methylene blue was extracted from aquatic products with acetonitrile/10% hydroxylamine, followed sample purify by CH2Cl2 extraction, the eluate was quantitated by high performance liquid chromatography. The method showed a linear correlation in 0.025 μg/ml-10.0 μg/ml. The regression equationy = 658.61x - 50.55, the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9997, the detection limit was 2.70 μg / kg. On the 4 add levels of 0.01 mg/kg, 0.02 mg/kg, 0.04 mg/kg and 0.08 mg/kg, the average recovery rate reached to 78.3 %- 86.9%, relative standard deviation was 4.16 %-9.75%. The method was useful for the determination of methylene blue residue in aquatic products for its precision and sensitivity and good repeatability.
