摘 要: 通过对红刺玫和现代月季"锦寒1号"及它们的杂交子代的性状观察,初步淘汰生长势较差的个体:杂5-3,杂5-4,杂5-5。在此基础上,对其它杂交F1代及其父母本进行自然高温下电导率、游离脯氨酸以及光合色素等生理生化指标的测定,根据主成分分析综合评判其耐热性,结果表明:杂5-2和父本红刺玫的耐热性最强;杂5-1和杂5-6耐热性中等,母本锦寒1号最弱。 Rosa multiflora Thunb.var. cathayensis Rehd, Modem Rose "Brocade Cold 1"and their F1 hybrids were studied based on morphological traits. Za5-3, za5-4, and za5-5 were washed out for their bad growth. On this basis, electric conductivity, free proline and photosynthetic pigment, and other physiological and biochemical indicators of parents and their hybrid offspring were determined under natural heat condition. Heat tolerance of these plants was comprehensively evaluated by the principal components analysis. The results indicated that Rosa multiflora and za5-2 were the best heat-resistant eultivars,while "Brocade Cold l"was the worst heat-resistant euhivars, za5-1 and za5-6 arranged between them.
