摘　　要： 合理最低价中标的评标办法是目前采用的评标办法之一,在对投标报价的合理性评价中,对不平衡报价的评定是其重要的评价部分。引入"不平衡度"作为判断不平衡报价量化分析的指标,用标准差作为报价"不平衡度"判定的数学公式,阐述了进行不平衡报价分析判定的基本思路和方法,并用案例进行了验证,为投标报价的合理性评定提供了一种量化分析的思路。 In bid evaluation, one of the popular method is that under most bidding with reason is regarded as a successful bid. In the rationality evaluation of the bid price, the important aspect is to assess unbalanced bids. ＂Degree of unbalance＂ is applied to be as an index used in quantified analysis of unbalanced bids, and standard deviation is used as a mathematical expression to determine the degree of unbalance. Case study was offered to illustrate the above given approach.
