摘 要: 采用适当的教学方法是提高选修课教学质量的关键.介绍了选修课《食物与美容》的教学内容,重点探讨了参与式教学方法在该课程中的应用,并提出了对教师的要求. It is vital to use suitable teaching method for improving teaching quality. The contents of the optional subject Food and Cosmetology, was introduced in the article. How to use participatory, teaching method in this course is emphasised. The article also proposed requirements to the teacher when applying the Participatory teaching method.
