摘　　要： 重点分析了发电、城市燃气、工商业燃料、交通燃料、化工原料等5个下游市场的容量、价格承受能力和拓展对策,认为采用国外运用成熟的集约化冷热电联供(CCHP)是当前中国天然气高效利用——市场拓展的关键,加速发展LNG作为交通燃料也很重要。指出落实科学发展观,最重要的是节能减排,走新型工业化与城镇化道路,发展循环经济,调整与优化产业结构等,这些都给天然气产业协同发展提供了历史机遇。各级政府正确的政策与规划是实现天然气产业快速发展的关键。 Capacity,price endurance and expansion strategy in five downstream markets of power generation,city gas,commercial and industrial fuels,transportation fuel and chemical material are emphatically analyzed.It shows that CCHP which has been widely used in foreign countries would be the key chain for efficient utilization of natural gas in China.Moreover,accelerating development of LNG as a kind of transportation fuel is rather important.To implement scientific development view,the most important means are energy saving and emission reduction,promoting new-type industrialization and urbanization,developing circular economy,adjusting and optimizing industrial structure etc.,which brings historical opportunities promoting natural gas industry ’s coordinated development.Meanwhile,making sound policies and planning from governments at all levels will be the key factor fulfilling rapid development of natural gas industry.
