摘　　要： 高等教育与经济社会发展的关系表明,区域高等教育发展要以该地区经济结构调整为依据,走规模扩张与结构调整并重的全面、协调、可持续发展之路。文章以广州为城市个案,对"十五"期间广州经济结构与高等教育结构进行互动分析,着重从层次、类型及形式结构三方面探讨新时期广州高等教育结构优化的基本思路与对策。 Determined by the relationship between higher education and the development of economic society, the sustainable development of regional higher education should attach importance to both scale expansion and structure adjustment and have the adjustment of regional economic structure as its basis. Taking Guangzhou for case study, this paper offers an interactive analysis of the city＇s structures of economy and higher education during the period of the Tenth Five-Year Plan, and discusses approaches to a better macrostructure of regional higher education in the levels, types and forms.
