摘　　要： 根据国家银行业监管相关准则和国内银行体系的实际情况,界定了区域性银行的概念。在分析区域性银行战略实例的基础上总结出重组、扩张和本地化三种战略,建立了三项研究假设,并针对假设选择了其中的13家银行,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对它们的盈利能力效率进行数据分析。最后把分析结果与研究假设、实际情况进行对比分析,为区域银行的战略选择提出建议。 In accordance with national guidelines for banking supervision and the actual situation related to the domestic banking system, this paper defines the concept of the regional banks. Then based on the case studies, it sums up three banking strategies, the reorganization, expansion and localization. After establishing three studies assumptions and choosing 13 banks, it analysis the banks profitability efficiency using Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） method. Finally, it makes recommendations for the strategy choice of the regional banks, with the compare of results, assumptions and the actual situation analysis.
