摘 要: 通过动物试验探索香菜水溶性提取物对动物机体组织铅积累的抑制或排出效果,采用水溶液浸泡法提取香菜水溶性物质.小鼠腹腔注射醋酸铅溶液每日一次,灌胃香菜水溶性提取物每日一次,连续喂养10 d后,测定小鼠肝、肾中的铅含量.试验结果显示,香菜水溶性提取物明显地降低了慢性铅中毒小鼠肝、肾组织中铅积累量,表明香菜水溶性提取物能有效地抑制慢性铅中毒小鼠机体组织肝、肾中的铅积累. Effect of coriander water-solubility extractive on lead elimination in rat lead-poisoned was explored. Coriander water-solubility extractive was prepared with soaking coriander in water. A rat experimental model with lead poisoning was established by intraperitoneal injection of lead acetate, and then coriander water-solubility extractive was infused into their stomach every day for 10 days. After 10 days, lead content accumulated in liver and kidney was measured, respectively. The result showed that lead content accumulated in liver and kidney was significantly lowered because of infused coriander water-solubility extractive into their stomach. And coriander water-solubility extractive had obviously prevented lead from being accumulated in liver and kidney of lead-poisoned rats.
