摘　　要： 本文通过时广州亚运村后勤服务区和运动员村东停车场区的方案设计阐述，说明此类功能转换设计项目的设计要点，注意事项。通过理性分析，举一反三，总结出此类设计项目的普适方法，引人思考。 By focusing on the design solution of logistics service area and east parking area in athletes＇ area of GZ Asia Athletic Game, this paper describes the design points and note aspects of this kind of functional transition design projects. We want to use this case to conclude the general methodology of similar design projects.
