摘 要: 为筛选低硝酸盐富集水平的大白菜品种,在硝酸盐浓度为23mmol·L-1的营养液中水培35个大白菜品种。结果表明:大白菜不同品种(品系)之间,硝酸盐含量存在显著差异,变化范围在0.691~2.187mg·g-1FW之间,不同生育期的硝酸盐含量变化趋势基本一致。通过对叶球指标、干物质积累速率、产量等指标分析,其中干物质积累速率、叶球高度和硝酸盐富集力性状之间具有显著的直线相关关系,而其他性状同硝酸盐富集水平不相关。不同硝酸盐富集水平大白菜自交系杂交后,F1的硝酸盐含量偏重于硝酸盐含量高的性状,表明硝酸盐高富集水平性状相对于硝酸盐低富集水平的性状为部分显性性状。 In order to analyze the correlativity between nitrate enrichment and some morphological characters of the Chinese cabbage and provide guideline for selecting low nitrate enrichment species, water-cultured 35 Chinese cabbages were cultured in the nitrogen content of nutrition liquid up to 23 mmol·L^-1. The results showed that nitrate content reached remarkable in different varieties, and reached extremely remarkable while concentration varied from 0.691-2.187mg·g^-1·FW, and the varying trend was similar. The leaf area of single plant, the accumulated speed of dry materials, biological yield, were linear correlativity between the nitrate enrichment and the dry materials accumulating rate. Furthermore the low nitrate accumulation self-hybrid Chinese cabbage 03-59 was as female parent, and the high nitrate accumulation Chinese cabbage 02-32 was as male parent, after hybridizing, the nitrate content of F1 was closer to the high nitrate accumulation character, which indicated that compared to low nitrate enrichment high nitrate enrichment was explicit character.
