摘　　要： 广东省生态公益林政策自出台近十年来,经历了显著的政策变迁。本文使用倡导联盟框架(ACF)来分析各个利益相关者如何形成各自联盟,探析广东生态公益林政策变迁的原因。最后针对倡导联盟框架本身,笔者将结合中国实际情况提出自己的看法。 The ecology forests policy has experienced dramatic policy changes, since it was first formulated 10 years ago. This paper applies Advocacy Coalition Framework （ACF） to analyze how different stakeholders form their own alliances, so as to have a deeper understanding of the causes for the policy change of ecology forests policy of Guangdong. In the last part, the author will discuss the Advocacy Coalition Framework＇s adaptability to China＇s specific condition.
