摘 要: 针对实际生产系统存在的不确定性因素,采用仿真实验方法研究混合型装配线平衡问题。对混合型装配线平衡问题进行数学建模,并对存在的不确定性因素进行分析;用eM-Plant仿真软件对混合型装配线进行仿真建模,通过仿真实验,研究不确定性因素对混合型装配线平衡问题的影响;通过仿真研究举例说明研究方法的有效性。 Considering real--word manufacturing systems contain one or more sources of uncer tainty, the mixed--model assembly line balancing problem was studied by using simulation. First, mathematical model for the mixed--model assembly line was presented and the sources of uncertainty were analyzed. Second, simulation models for the mixed--model assembly line were built using eM-- Plant simulation software. The influence of uncertainty sources on mixed--model assembly line balancing problem was studied by performing simulation experiments. Finally the approach for solving the mixed--model assembly line balancing problem was proposed based on the analysis.
