摘 要: 采用平衡振荡法研究了烟嘧磺隆在土壤中的解吸特性及pH值对其吸附的影响。结果表明,烟嘧磺隆在供试的5#土壤中解吸为负滞后作用,而在其余7种供试土壤中的解吸均表现出一定的滞后现象。进一步分析结果表明,滞后作用不但与土壤的有机质和粘粒含量有关,而且也与土壤-水系统中除草剂的初始解吸浓度有关。供试4种土壤在pH较低的环境下对烟嘧磺隆的吸附能力较强,随着pH值的升高,其吸附能力降低。 The desorption of nicosulfuron,a new sulfonylurea herbicide,by eight different soils,and effect ofpH on adsorption of the herbicide in four soils were investigated using the batch equilibration technique. The results showed that negative hysteresis was observed of nicosulfuron in 5# soil, and hysteresis phenomenon yielded in others tested soils. Further analysis indicated that the hysteresis not only correlated with organic matter content ( OM % ), clay content ( Clay % ), and pH value of soils, but also correlated with initial concentration of nicosulfuron of soil-water system. Simultaneously, experiment of effect of pH on adsorption performed that soils and stronger affinity to nicosulfuron at lower pH condition,and the adsorption of soil decreased as pH of soil-water system increased.
