摘　　要： 根据RSDS接口规范,围绕接口接收器最小建立保持时间的性能,重点研究低摆幅差分信号放大器的设计.基于特许0.35μmCMOS工艺,先介绍使用基本OTA结构实现差分信号放大,并结合流片测试结果分析其优缺点.针对输出信号抖动的问题,提出一种对称输出结构,仿真结果表明该电路结构使放大器输出的占空比相关抖动峰峰值减小了80%,有效地改善了接收器最小建立保持时间. According to RSDS specification and focusing on performance of the minimum setup and hold time, the design of differential signal amplifier for RSDS receiver is analyzed in detail. Basing on Chartered Semiconductor 0.35μm CMOS process, basic OTA structure is employed as the differential signal amplifier, and the testing results of the chip are analyzed. For the issue of signal jitter, a circuit with symmetric output structure is proposed. The simulation results show that the new circuit can reduce duty-cycle dependent jitter by 80 %, which can effectively improve the minimum setup and hold time of receivers.
