摘　　要： 探讨体育与健康教育的关系,阐明体育对健康教育的重要作用,以及高校体育与健康教育相结合的必要性。体育教师应加强体育与健康课理论知识的教学,探索符合体育教学实际的教学方法。 This paper discusses the relationship between physical education （P. E）, health education and quality education, points out the important role P.E. plays in health education and the necessity to combine P.E. with health education in higher education. It concludes that P.E. teachers should enhance teaching theoretical knowledge about P.E. and health education, and explore more effective teaching method in physical education.
