摘 要: 农机购置补贴对象的确定是一个典型的多因素决策问题,其评价指标的权重应随指标值的变化及补贴目的而有所变化,但是目前应用的常权综合方法不能满足这种要求。为此,采用了层次变权原理及其决策模型,分析并建立了农机购置补贴对象的评价指标体系,用AHP法确定了各层因素的常权,进而构建了基于层次变权的多因素农机购置补贴对象的决策模型。通过实例证明,该模型解决了上述问题,具有实用性和有效性,能够较好地实现决策目标。 The choice of farm machine purchase subsidy object is a representative multifactor decision - making problem and its weight of the evaluation index should be changeable along with the changing of evaluation index value, but this problem couldn't he solved by the method of constant synthesis. In the article firstly introduce the theory of variable weight synthesis and its decision- making model. Secondly, analyze and establish the hierarchical evaluation system of farm machine purchase subsidy object, determine every factor's constant weight with AHP. Further, establish a multifactor decision - making model of farm machine purchase subsidy based on hierarchical variable weight. Finally, take a real example and the result proves that this model is practical and useful in solving the above problem and can satisfy the decision maker very much.
