摘　　要： 分析了电子政务为促使政府职能从管理到服务的转变、政府工作流程从繁到简的改革、政府领导决策从拍脑袋到依靠数据和事实说话创造了巨大的空间。探讨了数据挖掘如何帮助政府获取数据、智能分析数据并辅助决策,使得以服务公众、实现资源共享、提高效能为主题的智能化的电子政府成为现实的热点问题。 This paper Analysed for urging the government function to change from managing to serving, the government service flow from complex to simple reform, the government leadership decision-making from pats the head to the dependence data and the fact speech, the E-government have created the huge space. This paper discussed the data mining how to help the government to gain a data, how to intelligently analyze data and assist decision-making . The intellectualized E-government who takes serving the public , realizing resource share , improving an efficacy as subject becomes the real hot spot problem.
