摘 要: 在承受脉动载荷时,紧螺栓联接的疲劳强度计算一般是使用从古德曼线图导出工作安全系数的计算公式.但是,上述公式有一个缺陷,即公式中包含了综合影响系数对应力幅和平均应力的影响.本文克服了这个缺陷,使用古德曼线图和持久极限简化折线导出了计算螺栓工作安全系数的新公式,为设计螺栓联接提供了新的依据. Under pulsating load,the computing formulas for safety factor derived by using diagram of Goodman line are usually used to calculate the fatigue strength of tight screw joints. But the defect of these formulas is that the effect of synthetic effect factor to range stress and mean stress is included in the formulas. In this paper, this defect is eliminated. New computing formulas for safety factor are derived by using diagram of Goodman line and simplified broken line of endurance limit. New theoretical results are provided for design of the screw joints.
