摘 要: 介绍了包钢CSP线“超快冷”系统的建立和运行情况。在包钢CSP线采用轧后层流冷却和“超快冷”工艺,开发出厚度4~11mm的590MPa级C-Mn低成本热轧双相钢。主要力学性能优良,抗拉强度590~620MPa,屈强比0.62~0.67,伸长率26%~36%,n值0.21。简要分析了“超快冷”工艺对双相钢组织形成的作用。 The parameters and operation of the ultra fast cooling system in Baotou CSP line are introduced. 590 MPa grade low-cost C-Mn dual phase steel strips of 4-11 mm in thickness were developed by using laminar and ultra fast cooling process. The main mechanical properties are: tensile strength 590-620 MPa, yield ratio 0.62-0.67, elongation 26%-36% and the n value of 0.21. The effects of ultra fast cooling on the structure of dual phase steel strip are analyzed.
