摘 要: 近年来,离子液体作为一种新型的非水生物催化溶剂,由于其特有的性质而有可能取代传统有机溶剂,引起了人们的广泛关注。介绍了离子液体作为生物催化溶剂的各种重要性质及应用模式,综述了离子液体对酶以及微生物全细胞催化能力的影响。 Ionic liquids have emerged as novel nonaqueous solvents and drawn much attention as new reaction media for biocatalysis. Due to their special properties,ionic liquids may replace the position of normal organic solvents in biocatalysis. In this review,the solvent properties and applied modes of ionic liquids are discussed, the theories of their effects on catalytic performances of enzymes and whole cells are investigated.
