摘 要: 研究目的:对城市化进程中的开发区土地集约利用水平进行评价,并根据评价结果分析其影响因素或原因,为开发区土地利用提供决策依据。研究方法:文献资料法、因果分析法和AHP方法。研究结果:(1)工业用地比重小、居住用地比重大的城市土地利用结构是影响苏州高新区土地集约利用的主要原因;(2)工业用地建设强度相对较低。研究结论:苏州高新区应该在苏州市城市总体规划的指导下进行规划布局;提高工业用地使用效率的同时进行产业升级,进一步优化区内土地利用结构。 The purpose of the paper is to evaluate on the degree of intensive land use of development zone, and analyze its influence factors and causes in order to offer reference for decision-making. Methods employed include documentation, causality and AHP. The results show that: ( 1 )the urban land use structure of Suzhou, which has low proportion of industrial land and high proportion of residential land, is the main factor affecting land use intensity of Suzhou National Hi-Tech Development Zone (SND); (2) the industrial land use intensity is low. It is concluded that the spatial arrangements of SND should be conducted by the Overal Urban Plan of Suzhou. The industries have to be upgraded to further optimize the land use structure while the efficiency of industrial land use is improved .
