摘　　要： 21世纪信息服务与信息市场的国家政策为人们所关注。信息服务社会化是时代发展必然要求;信息市场是实现信息服务社会化的重要机制。信息服务政策注重于信息需求的社会导向和信息服务的规范化;信息市场政策注重于公平竞争和优胜劣汰。政策取向促进社会进步和高度现代化,并以服务于经济建设为中心内容,体现其经济价值取向,从而促使人们自身素质的不断提高和个性的全面和谐发展。 The national policy of information service and market in 21 century has attracted increasing attention. It is the need for age development. Information market is an important system to realize socialization of information service. The policy of information service is focused on social direction of information requirement and normalization of information service. Information market has paid more attention to fair competition and survival of the fittest. Policy orientation promotes social progress and modernization, which takes service toeconomic construction as main contents to embody its orientation of economic value, therefore makes people improve their quality and roundly develops their individuality.
