摘 要: 《劳动争议调解仲裁法》在许多方面做出了突破性制度设计,健全了劳动争议调解仲裁制度,有利于劳动关系的和谐稳定。然而,从构建和谐社会的视野来衡量,《劳动争议调解仲裁法》在劳动调解、拖欠劳动报酬、工伤医疗费、经济补偿或者赔偿金、劳动仲裁等方面还存在着不足与疏漏,需要进一步完善。 There are many system innovations in the Law on the Mediation and Arbitration for Dissension between Labor and Employer,which would amplify the regulations on the Mediation and Arbitration for Dissension between Labor and Employer.At same time,there are many defects in it in terms of Harmonious Society,which must be perfected.
