摘　　要： 十七大提出"统筹城乡发展,推进社会主义新农村建设",要提高农民的素质,就要大力有效地发展农村的成人教育,攻克这一成人教育的薄弱环节。本文对瑞典的学习圈这一最普遍的成人教育形式进行了简要的分析,其低廉高效的运行机制、自由的学习形式和宽松的学习条件可为我国的农村成人教育的发展提供借鉴和参考。 The seventeenth Chinese congress proposed to harmonize the development of the town and the city and boost the construction of The New Country in our seeilist country. To improve thediathesis of the farmers means to develop the adult - education effectively in the country and to overcome some weak parts in adult - education. The text will analyze the Swedish study cycle , which is a common form in the aspect of adult - education. The text will also put forward the cycle＇ s cheap and effective function mechanisms , its free forms of study and comfortable conditions to study. All those provide some references to the rural adult education in China.
