摘 要: 以制备聚酯多元醇的传统工艺为基础,比较研究了以甲基磺酸和硫酸为催化剂对制备聚酯多元醇的影响,研究结果表明:产物色度方面,前者的色度较低,常显示无色;后者产物呈现黄色或褐色;反应产率方面,前者较后者高;在反应速率方面,前者表现比较稳定的速率,从而保证反应在生产应用上易于控制;后者反应过快,导致产物偏黄,出水和产物的发生也不易观察。总结认为,甲基磺酸在催化合成聚酯多元醇中,其催化性能较硫酸为优越。 Taking the traditional preparation method of polyester polyhydric alcohol, the effects of MSA and sulphuric acid on the preparation of polyester polyhydric alcohol were compared. The result showed that the chroma of the former was inferior, ordinary displayed achromatous and the latter presented yellow or brown; the former got a higher productivity; at rate of reaction, the former was stable, which guaranteed an easy control of the production and application, and the latter reacted fast so the yield was yellowish and uneasy to be observed. In the process of catalysis and synthesis of polyester polyhydric alcohol by MSA, the catalyst performance of MSA was batter than sulphuric acid.
