摘 要: 采用管式电炉,在惰性条件下对污水污泥进行热解实验,研究温度及污泥粒径对热解产物产率和组成成分的影响.污泥根据颗粒粒径分为1~0.5mm。0.5~0.2mm和≤0.2mm 3组,热解温度范围为250~700℃,油液通过连接的冷凝管收集.结果表明,粒径为0.5~0.2mm的污泥在450℃时,得到最大油产率32%;同时发现污泥粒径越小达到最大产率的温度越低,热解效率越高.根据GC—MS对油液的分析结果,3种热解油所含化舍物主要为单环芳烃,脂肪族化舍物,含氧有机化合物,含氮化舍物,甾族化合物,卤化物,含氮的杂环化合物,多环芳烃化合物等8类. Pyrolysis of sewage sludge was investigated under inert conditions in a tube furnace to study the effects of temperature and the diameter of sludge particle on the product yield distribution and composition. The sludge was divided into three groups according to diameter: 1-0.5 mm,0.5-0.2 mm and 40.2 mm, and the temperature ranged from 250 to 700 ℃. The pyrolysis oils were retrieved in a series of condensers. A maximum of 32 % oil yield was achieved at a pyrolysis temperature of 450 ℃ and particle diameters of 0.5- 0.2 mm. Through the analysis of GC-MS to the oil composition from different conditions, the compounds identified in three oils could be grouped into the following classes: Monoaromatic compounds, Aliphatic compounds, Aliphatic compounds, Oxygenated hydrocarbons, Nitrongenated compounds, Steroid, halide, Heterocyclic compound with nitrogen, and PAHs.
