摘　　要： 从农村合作经济有关文献综述到不同类型的林业合作经济组织实例调查，说明林业产业链上某类主体对某一生产要素是否有需求，以及成立合作经济组织的收益是否大于成本，共同决定林业合作经济组织能否顺利运行。由此导致运行成功的林业合作经济组织往往不是农村中弱势群体的组织，而是农村中相对优势群体——大户的组织，这与合作经济组织的经典假说相悖。 Whether there is a demand for certain types of the main elements of forestry industry chain on certain production, and the returns of the establishment of cooperative economic organizations are greater than costs, can determine whether forestry cooperative economic organizations running smoothly. This led to the successful operation of the forestry cooperative economic organizations are often not the vulnerable groups in rural areas, but rural comparative advantage in the groups - the major organizations, and contrary to the classical hypothesis in cooperative economic organizations.
