摘　　要： 分析了中国土地资源和农民素质的状况,思考了高职教育的办学方向和办学定位,从整合地方职教资源,创建农村职教资源体系;确立高职院校的办学方向和定位,培养新农村建设的带头人及各类人才;建立政府买单学院培养新农村技术人才的新体制等方面进行了探讨。 On the base of analyzing the glebe resource of China and the status of peasant diathesis, this article gives a consideration of the orientation of high vocational education and makes a discussion in some aspects, i.e. adjusting regional vocational education resource, establishing country vocational education resource system, establishing the orientation of running school, cultivating vanguard and persons of various abilities in the new country construction, setting up a new system that governments disburse tuition and education institutes cultivate talented persons and so on.
