摘 要: 目的:考察BASICS行为调节量表中文版(BASICS Behavioral Adjustment Scale,BBAS)的信度和效度。方法:共542名4~14岁儿童的家长完成BASICS行为调节量表中文版,以临床标准选出行为调节不良儿童56例,施测BASICS行为调节量表并与542名4~14岁儿童BASICS行为调节量表中文版得分比较,考察量表的实证效度。结果:总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.908,重测信度为0.835(P〈0.01),量表5个维度的α系数在0.796~0.825之间,重测信度在0.475~0.872之间(P〈0.01)。有行为调节不良儿童的量表总分以及各维度得分均高于正常对照儿童(3.0±0.4/2.2±0.4,3.0±0.5/3.0±0.5,3.2±0.6/2.2±0.5,3.2±0.6/2.2±0.5,2.7±0.7/2.0±0.6,3.1±0.6/2.3±0.6,t=8.17-15.72,均P〈0.001)。除内在状态维度得分无显著的性别差异外,其余4个维度及总量表分均是女性儿童得分低于男性儿童(如,总量表得分2.1±0.4/2.2±0.4,t=-3.83,P〈0.001)。结论:本研究修订的BBAS具有较好的信度和实证效度,结构效度不理想有待于进一步探讨。 Objective: To revise the BASICS Behavioral Adjustment Scale(BBAS) developed by Carey and examined its reliability and validity.Methods: The questionnaire was completed by the parent of 542 children aged 4~14 and 56 children with behavior problems for counseling.Results:The Cronbach α coefficient,test-retest of the whole scale were 0.908,0.835,respectively(P〈0.01).The α coefficient of each of the five dimensions was ranged from 0.796~0.825,test-retest coefficient was ranged from 0.475~0.872(P〈0.01).Children with behavior problems had higher scores in all of the five dimensions than normal children(3.0±0.4/2.2±0.4,3.0±0.5/3.0±0.5,3.2±0.6/2.2±0.5,3.2±0.6/2.2±0.5,2.7±0.7/2.0±0.6,3.1±0.6/2.3±0.6,t=8.17-15.72,all with P〈0.001).Girls had higher scores than boys in almost all dimensions(such as for total score,2.1±0.4/2.2±0.4,t=-3.83,P〈0.001) except that of inner states.Conclusion: The revised Chinese version of the BBAS has acceptable psychometric properties of reliability and criteria validity but the construct validity needs further study.
