摘 要: 简要介绍了新兴学科血清药物化学的发展历程、学科理论基础、研究范畴及其实践研究概况,阐述了其在中药药效物质基础研究和新药开发中的积极意义,并展望了其在功能性食品研发、特别是在食品功能因子研发中的应用前景。 The development, theoretical foundation, study area and research progresses of serum pharmacochemistry were reviewed in this paper, and the important meaning of serum pharmacochemistry in the basic research of effective materials in traditional Chinese medicine and the development of new drugs were also described. Additionally, its prospective application in the research and development of functional food was also analyzed.
