摘　　要： 本文依据洛阳景教石幢拓本，制作其《幢记》释文，并就现存残文，对《幢记》撰者、立幢人及其亲族的华化胡裔身份进行了考察，并分析了洛阳景教团的佛教化。同时，通过对相关历史的考察，作者推论《幢记》所云之洛阳“大秦寺”当始建於唐贞观年间。 By consulting the rubbings of the Description of Nestorian Dharani Pillar from Luoyang,the authors present here a new collation,and explore the status of the composer,the builder of the Pillar and their kin that they were probably a group of Sogdian descendants in Tang,China.This paper,moreover,analyzes the Buddhist Nestorian society in Luoyang,and concludes eventually that Daqin Si(Nestorian monastery)of Luoyang recorded in the Description might be founded in the Zhenguan era after the discussion about the religious conditions in the early Tang Dynasty.
