摘　　要： 解说系统是影响游客体验质量和衡量旅游景区服务的重要因素。目前景区解说系统存在着管理薄弱;解说人员素质参差不齐;解说主题不突出,信息价值不高;解说牌设计水平有待提高等问题。为此应提高认识;加强对解说人员的培训;完善景区硬件建设。 Nowadays, there are some problems in tourism-interpretation system. Such as .the narratons＇quality is uneven ; the subiject of interpretation is not conspicuous and the gontent of it is not valuble ; the design of interpretation brand can be improved. For this, We should deepen our understanding, enhance training narrators, perfect hard ware building of scenic spot.
