摘　　要： 《汉语拼音方案》推行50年,成就巨大,是公认的最佳拼音方案。但它也存在一些问题,需要从技术层面进行完善。文章有针对性地提出完善意见,并讨论了与此相关的理论问题。 The Scheme of Chinese Phonetic Alphabet had gotten huge achievements since 50 years of its promulgation, and is recognized as the best alphabetic scheme. But it also has some problems, so it need be perfected from technical aspect. The paper has put forward perfect suggestions specifically and has discussed related theoretical problems.
