摘 要: 提出应用微波辐射法制备聚丙烯酸异丁脂吸油烟树脂,采用傅立叶红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对树脂的化学基团、表面形貌和孔结构进行了表征,研究了引发剂用量、交联剂用量、合成反应时间对树脂吸附气相油烟性能的影响。结果表明,随着引发剂和交联剂用量增加,树脂吸油烟率逐渐增大,分别在0.5%和0.15%时候达到最大,此时材料表面形成了较多和较深的孔,其后随着引发剂量和交联剂的增加吸油烟率反而减小。与常规条件下合成的NR树脂相比,微波辐射下合成WR树脂不仅可获得较高的反应转化率、还可缩短一半的反应时间,而且其吸附气相油烟率也高于NR树脂。微波辐射合成的树脂的吸附气相油烟性能还优于普通活性炭。 In this paper,polyi-butylacrylat resin was synthesized by means of microwave irradiation.Chemical groups,morphologies and textural properties of the synthesized polyi-butylacrylat resins were characterized respectively by using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Its adsorption of oil fume was measured.The effects of textural properties of on its adsorption of oil fume were discussed.Results showed that the initiator Dose and cross-linking agent dose had influence on adsorption capacity of the synthesized resins,and when the initiator dose and cross-linking agent dose were respectively 0.5% and 0.15%,the synthesized resins had not only a developed porous structure but also maximum amount adsorbed of oil fume.Henceforth,with increase of the initiator dose and cross-linking agent dose,adsorption capacity of the synthesized resins toward the oil fume decreased.In comparison with synthesis method of traditional water-bath heating,the use of microwave irradiation method can improve efficiency of conversion reaction,and greatly shorten synthesis reaction time from 4h to 2h.The WR resin synthesized by microwave irradiation had higher adsorption capacity of oil fume compared to the NR resin synthesized by traditional water-bath heating method.In addition,the amount adsorbed of oil fume on the WR resin was higher than that on activated carbon.
