摘 要: 在现实生活中,就业歧视现象比比皆是,究其类别主要有性别歧视、体格歧视、年龄歧视、地域歧视、户籍歧视和制度歧视。就业歧视给社会带来不和谐的因素,消除就业歧视是一个长期而复杂的过程。 Discrimination in employment can be found everywhere in our life. It includes six types of discrimination in employment:sex discrimination,body discrimination,age discrimination,area discrimination,identity,discrimination and institutional discrimination.Discrimination in employment has caused the disharmony of society. To eliminate discrimination in employment is a long and complex process.
