摘 要: 为降低聚丙烯产品的氯含量,获得较平稳的聚合速率,在保持高的催化效率和高的聚丙烯等规度前提下,将共研磨制得的丙烯聚合负载型高效钛系催化剂添加TiCl_4、烷基铝、有机镁、SiCl_4、酯类等组分进一步反应作化学改性;制得的催化剂性能进一步提高。此外,研究了丙烯预聚合反应的作用,并用扫描电镜观察了预聚合前后改性催化剂的形态变化。讨论了改性催化剂丙烯聚合反应动力学。 It has been reported in this paper that supported titanium catalyst from ballmilling is further improved by chemical modification with addition of TiCl_4, aluminum trialkyl, organomagnesium, SiCl_4 and Lewis base while maintaining high catalytic activity and high tacticity for polymerization of propylene. The function of propylene prepolymerization and change in morphology of the catalyst before and after prepolymerization has been investigated by SEM. The actions of various components and kinetics of propylene polymerization with chemical modified catalyst have been studied.
