摘 要: 为了对大型、薄壁件进行熔融挤压快速成型,首先从工艺原理出发,理论上分析了概念车身模型的制造方法,然后设计了用熔融挤压快速成型设备制造概念车身模型的工艺参数,并制作出了概念车身模型。结果表明,这种方法是可行的,能比较理想地对大型、薄壁件进行熔融挤压快速成型。 In order to obtain the large and thin-walled parts by melting extrusion rapid prototyping,the manufacturing method of the concept bodywork model is analyzed theoretically from its proceeding principle,designs the process parameters of the concept bodywork manufacture by MEM rapid prototyping and made it.The results show that this method is feasible,and by field application good effects of large,thin-walled parts are achieved through melting extrusion rapid prototyping.
