摘 要: 应用简支梁冲击仪测试了中空玻璃微珠(HGB)填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料V型、U型缺口及无缺口试样的冲击性能,采用灰色关联分析原理计算了HGB的粒度分布与填充PP复合材料冲击断裂能的灰色关联度,以考察HGB粒度分布对填充PP复合材料冲击断裂能的影响。结果表明,在考察的粒度分布范围内,粒度小于24.72μm的颗粒对复合材料冲击断裂能均有增强作用,其中以粒度在18.90~24.72μm之间的颗粒的增强作用最大,而粒度大于24.72μm的颗粒对复合材料的冲击断裂能均有削弱作用,以粒度在100.6~256.0μm之间的颗粒的削弱作用最强。因此,为提高复合材料冲击断裂能,需提高粒度小于24.72μm的颗粒的体积百分含量,尤其是粒度在18.90~24.72μm之间的颗粒的体积含量。 The impact fracture energy of V-notched, U-notched and non-notched specimens of hollow glass bead filled polypropylene composite (PP/HGB) were measured by a Charpy impact tester, and the grey relational degree between the HGB size distribution and the impact fracture energy of PP/HGB composite was calculated by means of grey relational rule in order to investigate the influence of the HGB size distribution on the impact fracture energy of PP/HGB composite. The results indicated that the particles with size less than 24. 72um enforced the impact fracture energy of PP/HGB composites, especially for the particles with size range from 18.90um to 24. 72um, but the particles with size larger than 24. 72um weakened the impact fracture energy of PP/HGB composite, especially for the particles with size rang from 110. 6um to 256. 00um. Therefore, one can enforce the impact fracture energy of PP/HGB composite by increasing the volume percentage of particles with size less than 24. 72um, especially for the particles with size rang from 18.90um to 24. 72um of the HGBs.
