摘　　要： 通过对影响宽厚板成材率主要因素的分析，并结合专家系统，开发研制了坯料计算专家系统。经过现场多次计算结果对比表明，成材率提高了0．72％～1％，并避免了人工计算中可能出现的错误，极大地提高了生产效率。 According to an analysis of main factors affecting the yield ratio of wide and heavy plate, a software of slab design for wide and heavy plate has been successfully developed by means of expert system. The application of the software showed that the yield ratio of the plate increased by 0.72 %-1%. In addition, the use of the software can avoid man-made mistakes and improve the production efficiency.
