摘 要: 以固体超强酸Zr(SO4)2/TiO2为催化剂,通过酯交换反应催化工业用棕榈油与甲醇合成了生物柴油,讨论了醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间对棕榈油转化率的影响,确定了较佳工艺条件:醇油摩尔比5∶1,催化剂用量为棕榈油质量的8.8%,在78℃-81℃微沸下反应5 h。此时棕榈油的转化率可达89.3%,在此优化条件下进行第二步反应可使转化率达到98.6%。采用GC-MS对产物进行了分析,鉴定为脂肪酸甲酯。 Preparation of biodiesel using solid superacid Zr (SO4)2/TiO2 as catalyst was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were identified as: molar ratio of methanol to palm oil is 5:1 ; catalysts dosage (mass fraction in palm oil) is 8.8% ; reaction temperature is at 78℃ -81 ℃ for 5 h. The conversion of palm oil can achieve 89.3% , and it can be further improved to 98.6% by the second step reaction. The product was characterized by GC -MS.
