摘 要: 本文采用有限差分方法对陶瓷辊道窑辊子的温度分布和通过辊子两端散热的过程进行了数值模拟与分析,并结合本文提出的用余弦函数近似描述窑内制品烧成曲线的方法计算了全窑辊子的散热损失。所得计算结果对深入了解辊道窑的热工过程。 The numerical simulation on the temperature distribution and heat loss through the ends of rollers in ceramic roller hearth kiln has been made by using the finite difference method, and the calculation of heat loss of rollers in the whole kiln has also been given by the method of using cosine function to describe the firing temperature curve approximately. The result is helpful to the further study of heat process and heat load of rollers in the kiln, and has certain meanings for the production practice.
