摘　　要： 文章以北京市和福建省的二个村庄为例,探讨农村居民点整理生态效益的定量评估方法。采用环境经济学中的条件价值法对农村居民点整理生态效益进行货币化的定量评估。评估结果显示,农村居民点整理可产生明显的生态效益,其价值主要受农民的收入水平、文化程度、对整理的支持意愿等因素影响,农民收入水平和文化程度越高,对整理的支持意愿越强,其价值越大。这些结果能够为农村居民点整理决策等提供更科学的依据。 The paper takes two villages in Beijing and province Fujian as an example and discusses the the methods of ecological effect evaluation of rural residential area improvement. It uses the method of condition-value in environmental economics and finishes quantitative evaluation on ecological effect of rural residential area improvement. Evaluation result indicate, rural residential area improvement can produce obvious ecological effects. Its value depends on farmer's income level, cultural level and support level to improvement. The more farmers have income and high cultural level and support level, the greater the value become. These results will provide more scientific basis for making policy of rural residential area improvement.
