摘　　要： 文章通过分析工学结合校外实习基地运作特点,提出从认识思路、管理模式、管理运行上进行改革创新。 Analyzing the operating characteristics of aftrer-school practice base of the combination of work and study, this paper suggests that reform and innovation should be carded through from the cognitive train of thought, adminis- trative mode and managerial operation.
