摘　　要： 由于对经济增长的巨大推动作用,注定了物流园区的建设在相当长时间内都会是一个热点,其建设是一项系统工程,要受到区域经济发展水平、产业结构、交通状况、城市规划及土地应用等因素的影响,作为政府和企业,在园区的规划建设过程中,都应该积极发挥积极的作用,有所为,有所不为,实现园区建设与区域经济发展的协调发展。 Because of the huge promotion to the economic, the Logistics park becomes a hot spot in quite a long time, the construction is a systems engineering, must be affected by the level of the economies, industrial structure, traffic condition, urban planning, land application influences and so on, in the campus of constructing process, the government and the enterprise should give full play, impetus the construction and economic develop coordinated.
